Return Policy
Returns:
MorrisandWade will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt.
STEP 1.
Please email us at whatsgood@morrisandwade.com.
You will receive a return authorization number (RA#), which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. Please write this RA number on your enclosed packing slip/receipt and on the outside of the shipping box.
STEP 2.
Return the product along with the original packing slip or receipt, RA# and a note with instructions on your preference for exchange or merchandise credit to the below address:

STEP 3.
When sending your return, we suggest shipping with an insured carrier (UPS / FEDEX) or with a delivery confirmation request when using the United States Postal Service. Morrisandwade cannot issue an exchange or merchandise credit without confirmation of a delivery.
